The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by Times Publisher
Revisions are contingent on the package select. Clients can approach us for unlimited free amendments and we will revise their design with no extra charges, given that the design and concept remain intact. Revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.
We will refund 100% of paid fee if you make request for refund before we start working on your ordered product (except the transaction charges that will be deducted). Once an order is delivered you are no longer eligible to ask for 100% refund. Once an Order has been started, the hours put into the project cannot be recuperated and thus we will not provide a refund. The Products and Services offered are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. However, you may ask for up to 1 revision free of charge. In case you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of product/ services, you may ask for 50% refund against the paid fee amount.
No refund on change of mind. We will process the refund of 50% fee amount subject to verification of the quality concerns you would claim. In case you have a special complaint scenario and demand full fee amount refund then your case shall be forwarded to evaluation-committee and they will take an impartial decision based upon facts and evidences.

After the refund, the rights to your design would be transferred to Times Publisher and you would not legally be allowed to display any version of the design sent by the company.
1. Since the rights to design would now be transferred to Times Publisher, you concur that you will have no right (immediate or circuitous) to use any reaction or other substance, work item or media, nor will you have any ownership interest for or to the same.
2. Working in a joint effort with the Government Copyright Agencies Times Publisher would share Copyright Acquisition data for the refunded outlines that would confine the re-utilization of the designs as original designs in the future.

The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account section for all questions, queries, concerns and any other instructions for the designer. Failure to actively check the my account section may become a cause of hindrance in your perusal of a refund. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. All policies pertaining to revision & refund are subject to date and time of design order delivered to client’s account area.
